1st day: Marrakech __ Mizane Valley
We will pick you up from your hotel in Marrakech and transport you to the village of Imlil, where our trek begins. We will walk along the stunning Mizane Valley, passing through the village of Aremd and reaching the sacred shrine of Sidi Chamarouch. Continuing our journey to the east, we will cross the river and climb up the rocky cliffs that overlook the valley. Finally, we will reach the refuge (3206m) where we will spend the night, surrounded by snow-capped mountains.
2nd day:
We will embark on an early morning ascent of Jebel Toubkal, the highest peak in Northern Africa. The route takes us up the south cirque, and we will cross a stream near the refuge. Although the walk is manageable, the loose stones and high altitude pose challenges. However, the rewards are immense, as the summit offers breathtaking views of the Marrakesh Plain, High Atlas, Anti-Atlas, and Sahara. After reaching the summit, we will retrace our steps and spend another night at the refuge.
3rd day:
On the third day, we will make our way back towards Imlil. Once we arrive in Imlil, we will provide transportation back to Marrakech, concluding our memorable tour.
